Houston Community College

Southeast Texas native DiGiovanni studied at Houston Community College. The college is an open-admission public institution offering high-quality, affordable education. It also focuses on workforce training, career development, and lifelong learning. It does so to prepare students for life and work in a global society.

Houston Community College serves students in Alief Independent School District, the Fort Bend portion of Missouri City, Houston Independent School District, Spring Branch, and Stafford Municipal District.

Universal Technical Institute

Ryan DiGiovanni is a graduate of the Universal Technical Institute, which operates a system of technical colleges across the United States. The Universal Technical Institute serves students, partners, and communities by delivering high-quality training and education for the most in-demand careers.

The Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges accredits each Universal Technical Institute campus. The Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges is a leading agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

Wharton Community College

DiGiovanni is also a Wharton Community College graduate. Wharton Community College is a highly regarded public community college accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. Its main campus is in Wharton, Texas. It has additional campuses in Bay City, Richmond, and Sugar Land.

The college offers a choice of academic and vocational pathways across business and computer science, healthcare, public services, science and math, and technical education. It specializes in arts, humanities, communication, and social and behavioral science.

As of 2023, real estate investor and developer DiGiovanni has purchased over 850 properties. An award-winning expert in the real estate field, the DGV Investments CEO and HomeVestors franchisee has appeared on the front page of the Houston Chronicle. The Houston Chronicle is the city's largest daily newspaper.

Before graduating from the Universal Technical Institute, DiGiovanni qualified as a National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence Master Automobile Technician. The institute is a nonprofit, independent organization. It tests and certifies automotive mechanics and technicians to ensure they have the skills to repair vehicles expertly. DiGiovanni purchased his first home at the age of 23. Elsewhere, between the ages of 15 and 23, he successfully flipped over 120 cars.

Ryan DiGiovanni is a multi-award-winning real estate professional and CEO. Among the many prestigious accolades picked up by DiGiovanni is the title of 2014 HomeVestors Rookie of the Year.

HomeVestors, of which DiGiovanni is now a leading franchisee, is the nation's largest professional house-buying franchise. HomeVestors strives to impact the communities in which it operates positively.

Almost a decade since scooping HomeVestors Rookie of the Year recognition, DiGiovanni has cemented himself as a leader in the field. In 2022, for example, the DGV Investments founder developed over 300 acres, including a trio of large, standalone real estate projects. Elsewhere, and in 2023, he became a preferred developer for Starbucks.

Associations & Memberships

DiGiovanni is a part of the Counselors of Real Estate. Established in 1953, the Counselors of Real Estate is a global consortium of highly credentialed professionals. These professionals provide expert advice on complex property and land-related matters.

Membership is by invitation and includes prominent names from real estate, legal, and accounting. That is in addition to seasoned property developers, economists, and ranking leaders from academia and finance.

Charitable Involvement

CEO and real estate investor Ryan DiGiovanni is a keen philanthropist and volunteer. His philanthropy, volunteering, and other charitable work center around feeding needy people.

Personal Interests

Proud Italian American DiGiovanni was born and raised in the coastal city and port of Galveston, Texas. Galveston sits on Galveston Island and Pelican Island, around an hour from downtown Houston. It is Houston, Texas, that DiGiovanni today calls home.

Aside from his work and philanthropic endeavors, he enjoys numerous hobbies, including listening to music, watching movies, and partaking in several other interests. Among these interests is personal development, where he is passionate about finding new ways to build wealth and positively impact the world.

DiGiovanni is similarly enthusiastic about the challenge of creating something out of nothing. At the same time, he firmly believes in the importance of self-improvement, drive, and natural progression in life.
